Class Cancellation Policy:

To withdraw from a class or workshop, students must contact the Art Center at least 2 days (48 hours) before the class in order to receive a refund.  We are unable to provide make-up opportunities, prorate or provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts or illness.   Due to artist/instructor preparations and travel, we do not provide refunds for withdrawals giving less than a 48-hour notice.

 

If a class does not have the minimum number of students enrolled, we will notify you prior to the first session that the class is cancelled and will offer a full refund to the student.

 

In the event that the local public schools are closed due to inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. To the best of our ability, we will schedule a make-up class.
